April 8th, 2026 - Warner Pacific Universtiy
Our Our recent job fair at Warner Pacific University was a tremendous success, bringing together a strong mix of employers and job seekers from across the community.
The event hosted 20 employers and welcomed an impressive 379 job seekers—our highest attendance in the past six years. Attendees had the opportunity to connect directly with hiring organizations, resulting in engaging conversations and long lines at employer tables throughout the event.
We are proud to create spaces where meaningful connections happen. By preparing job seekers in advance and partnering with inclusive employers, we continue to support successful hiring outcomes for both businesses and candidates.
Thank you to all the employers and job seekers who participated and helped make this event such a success. Also, thank you to Goodwill Educators who completed 24 resume reviews.
Feb 24th, 2026 - Hidden Creek Community Center Job Fair
Our Hillsboro job fair welcomed 16 employers and 184 job seekers for a day of networking and opportunity. 27 resume reviews were completed, meaningful connections were made, conversations were started, and new job prospects were shared throughout the event.

Oct 28th, 2025 - PSU - NDEAM Job Fair
Our NDEAM job fair at PSU was a huge success. 18 employers connected with 158 job seekers, and we are proud to share that 33% of the attendees identified as having a disability - reflecting our shared commitment to building inclusive workspaces and opportunities for all.
A big thank-you to PSU, our employer partners, and everyone who helped make this event such a meaningful celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month!
Aug 19th, 2025 - NW Natural Job Fair
The NW Natural event connected 216 eager job seekers with 19 incredible employers—all in one powerful day of opportunity and networking. To add to the experience Goodwill community educators completed resume reviews along with offering language interpretation services for non-English-speaking participants.
We appreciate NW Natural's continued support in allowing us to use their beautiful facility and also supply all of the refreshments!
May 22, 2025 - CCC Job Fair
CCC - Gregory Form was buzzing with opportunity as 221job seekers connected with 22 employers, making this Oregon City event a great success. Goodwill community educators completed 14 resume reviews along with offered language interpretation services for non-English-speaking participants.

April 23, 2025 - WPU Job Fair
Thank you WPU for allowing us to host this job fair in your beautiful venue. 144 job seekers connected with 22 employers, and over 60 interviews were scheduled. Goodwill community educatiors completed 16 resume reviews along with offering language interpretation for non-English speaking job seekers.

Mar 25, 2025 - NW Natural Job Fair
184 job seekers connected with 17 employers for a great event. Goodwill community educatiors completed 27 resume reviews as well as offering language interpretation for non-English speaking job seekers. Our appreication goes out to NW Natural for allowing us to host this event in their beautiful venue and for catering all the refeshments as well.
Jan 22, 2025 - SE Works Job Fair
We had an amazing turnout at our first event of the year, with 230 job seekers in attendence - our largest gathering since resuming in-person events. Seventeen employers eagerly connected with a pool of highly qualified candidates. A big thank you SE Works and Goodwill for making this event possible.

INCIGHT partnered with Portland Community College for an exciting
week-long event consisting of workshops for employers and PCC students
and then culminated with a hybrid in-person/virtual job fair on Oct 21st.

1st ACCESSIBILITY FIRST EMPLOYMENT WEEK
Hosted by PCC - Delta Alpha Pi May 9th - 13th, 2022
INCIGHT partnered with Portland Community College to host this week long event which consisted of workshops for employers and PCC students and then culminated with a virtual job fair on May 13th. Fifty of PCC's top honor students met with local employers via Zoom.
