About JobsNow.org
JobsNow.org is an initiative powered by INCIGHT, a Portland-based nonprofit established in 2004. We match organizations and job seekers for long-term, sustainable connections — through employer and job seeker coaching, small-group event formats, and supplementary services including job coaching, resume reviews, and mock interviews via Zoom. We host in-person job fairs across the Portland Metro area and virtual Get Ahead workshops reaching nationwide.
For Employers
For over a decade we have connected employers with qualified, eager job seekers through exceptional job fairs — and we coach job seekers before every event so they arrive prepared. Each October we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM); this year's theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent”, marked by our October 27 NDEAM Job Fair at Portland State University.
