For over a decade, we’ve connected employers with qualified, motivated job seekers through successful job fairs. Our pre-event coaching is a key part of that success, helping job seekers build confidence, prepare for conversations with employers, and arrive ready to put their best foot forward.

Our job fairs typically bring together 200+ job seekers with a wide range of skills, experience, abilities, and career interests. It’s a great opportunity to meet talented candidates in person, build your talent pipeline, and showcase your organization and career opportunities—all while creating meaningful connections with potential employees.

Each October, we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) with a special job fair that connects employers with talented candidates and highlights the value and contributions of people experiencing disabilities in the workplace.
